Petal Edits Energy

1. Overview

Petal Edits Energy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom digital artwork services.
By placing an order or authorizing payment over the phone, you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Licensing Policy described below.

All artwork is delivered digitally, and no physical products are shipped.

2. Ordering & Process

All artwork orders and payments are processed exclusively over the phone.
There is no online checkout or e-commerce cart.
Each project is discussed and confirmed directly between the customer and a Petal Edits Energy representative.

Process Steps:

Consultation – The customer provides project details, ideas, or inspiration.
Agreement – The project timeline, price, and license type are confirmed during the phone consultation.
Payment Authorization – The customer provides verbal authorization for payment by phone.
Artwork Creation – Petal Edits Energy begins the digital design process according to the agreed scope.
Delivery – The completed artwork is delivered digitally through a secure link or password-protected access.
Revisions – One complimentary revision is included; additional edits can be discussed as needed.

The typical completion time is within one (1) week of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment Authorization

All payments are processed by phone only.
By providing payment information verbally, the customer authorizes Petal Edits Energy to charge the agreed amount for the described project.

The customer confirms that they are the authorized cardholder and agree to the discussed project scope, cost, and timeline.

4. Digital Delivery and Security

All digital artwork is delivered electronically via secure download link or password-protected access.

Petal Edits Energy does not sell NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or blockchain-based products.

To maintain copyright protection, customers are asked not to duplicate, “right-click save,” resell, or redistribute preview or final artwork without written authorization.
All designs remain protected by copyright law.

5. Licensing and Usage Rights

Petal Edits Energy retains full copyright ownership of all digital artwork created.
Customers are granted a license based on their chosen use category:

Personal Use License

Allows the customer to display, print, or store the artwork for private enjoyment.
Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, edited, or used for any marketing or promotional purpose.
The artist retains full ownership and creative rights.

Commercial Use License

Allows use of the artwork for branding, marketing, packaging, social media, or advertising.
The artwork cannot be resold as a standalone digital file or distributed for profit.
The design must not be altered or claimed as original work by the purchaser.
License rights are non-transferable and remain under Petal Edits Energy’s copyright.

6. Revisions and Communication

Each project includes one complimentary revision to ensure satisfaction.

If additional adjustments are desired, Petal Edits Energy will communicate clearly with the customer to confirm scope and cost before proceeding.

All project timelines are discussed and agreed upon during the phone consultation.

7. Acknowledgment

By authorizing payment over the phone, the customer confirms that they:

Have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Understand that all transactions occur by phone only.
Agree to the discussed project scope, timeline, and licensing terms.
Acknowledge that artwork is delivered digitally only, with no physical shipment involved.

NOTE:

All digital artwork from Petal Edits Energy is delivered securely via password-protected access. Previews are watermarked, and all final works are protected under copyright—unauthorized saving, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited.

Delivery Timeframe:

This 1-week timeframe represents our estimated completion period, which allows us to carefully complete each stage of your project.

During this period, we:

Review your creative brief and any reference materials you provide.
Develop your initial design concept based on the discussed vision.
Complete the digital illustration or editing work.
Offer one complimentary revision, if requested.
Prepare and securely deliver your final artwork file.

While most projects are completed within this timeframe, actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on project complexity, communication response time, or revision requests.
If any delay is expected, we will always inform you promptly.
