At Petal Edits, we take pride in delivering premium–quality digital edits and design services.
Since our products and services are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are considered final.
Please review our policy below for complete details.

1. Digital Files & Downloads

All digital items (such as photo edits, presets, templates, or design files) are non-refundable once delivered, emailed, or downloaded.
This ensures protection against unauthorized duplication or redistribution.

2. Custom Editing Orders

Refunds are only available before final delivery of a custom edit or personalized design.
Once the final file has been approved or sent, the sale becomes final.
If you’d like to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

3. File Issues

If you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact PETALEDITSENERGY@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of purchase.
We’ll verify the issue and resend or replace your order promptly.

4. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a duplicate or accidental payment, we will issue a full refund once the payment is verified.
